We had been to this restaurant before without problems. The food is a "b-" but it's close to the house. Why is Direct TV sending me mail in Christina Minasi's name when she started using my address illegally in 2002? Purchased coins off a Limited Treasures commercial back in October 2009. Called before Christmas in 2009 and they said it was shipped on the 7th of December, but did not have any tracking info. Called in January, told me they had a shipping error and any coins shipped on December 7th or 8th had to be shipped on January 7th. I purchased this on line software from SWReg about 8 months ago and everything was fine. It was a "One-time" charge that hit my account and the product worked. About a month ago the software just stopped working and 2 days later I received an email with a link to update the software. I would tell everyone to contact yur State agencies that govern these companies inluding but not limited to the FCC, contact your Congressman, State Representatives. I bought a pint of raw oysters ($10.95) on a Friday. When I opened them on Sunday it was obvious one of them was bad, and they stunk. I dumpted them down the garbage disposal and kept the top which showed the "expired" date over a week in the future. I went by the store and told them the problem and gave them the container top. They said they only way I could get a refund was to have brought the bad oysters back with a reciept!!! Ugh. I will never buy there again, thats for sure! The main tv with the dvr recorder has no picture every time I turn it on. The extra tv in the other room seems to work fine. It's getting to be a pain in the but every day. I just want to turn on tv and get a picture every time. I have to unplug it and turn it to channel 4 with my tv remote. Then I turn on the dvd player. Then I have to turn off my dvd player, and then I have to push Video 1 on my tv remote. Then I get a screen that says press menu to watch fios. That's an awful lot of work just to watch tv. This company telemarketed my 86-year-old mother within days after the death of her husband, my father.
