Took my dog to petsmart Pethotel. He was there for 4 days. On arrival he was throughly examined for admission. We got him home that night, he was very tired. The next day found my dogs testicles were the size of a grapefruit, and the skin was sloughing off. I addressed this with the manager, and heard about their 3-step cleaning process. I submitted a claim for $636.50 to VPI Pet Insurance along with their required forms for work performed on my dog for a liver problem. Forty Five days letter I received a form denial letter stating that they received my claim form but not the required supporting documents. They could not have received one without the other. I took my cat Penny in specifically to be treated for feline acne. I was told I had to pay $34 up front when I made the appointment. No other charges were mentioned. When I arrived they proceeded to clean my cats ears, check for ear mites and found none, check for fleas and found none yet gave her a shot saying it was for fleas and ticks and ear mites. Watch out for this guy seems great at first and promises he will back his horses. This is not the case I bought a made rope horse from this guy and after we bought him we took him to a roping practice 2 days after we bought him.
