We bought a $3000 Sleep Number bed and it's no better than out 10 year old Sealey Posturepedic. I read on their website to try it for 30 days then you have 15 days to return it. So we try it and within a week we aren't sleeping any better, actually we're sleeping worse! So 3 weeks in I call but they're closed on Sundays. In June of 2008 I ordered in good faith a table, eight chairs, and server from Amish Treasures in Lafayette Village, NJ. My credit card was billed the full amount that same month. I ordered a three seater glider, one stationary chair and one rocking chair to be restored. What showed up was a three seater glider and two stationary chair in the wrong style. I paid extra for the style I requested and after numerous emails which have not been replied to I have no choice but to complain to everyone about this company. Correct Roofing respresentative canvassed door to door. Their pitch was that they work with the insurance companies so i don't have to. We had some bad hail damage to our area in August 2008. Many homes had damage to their roofs, gutters, downspouts, soffits and fascia. The representative talked a really good sale and was easy to trust. I want to let others know of the bad service I received from a Calgary Based plumbing company called Clearview Plumbing. In the fall of 2005 Clearview Plumbing staff working at my home doing rough-in work for my basement development discovered that the existing reverse osmosis water purification system that had been in the home when we purchased it was cracked and leaking. hey my name is Turner iv'e broke two hand tools in less than six months and that is redickless yes they have a lifetime warranty but it is very inconvenient to have to go and get one the next day. there quality has gone down i have cheeper tools that i have had longer and they dont just brake. like pittsburgh tools and they have free replacements to. i really hope to see some improvement in the hand tools. read full review »

Salesman talked us into a soft, expensive mattress (a queen sized PostureTemp Elite) - memory foam type mattress. It quickly became uncomfortable. The Customer Service woman over the phone (Shaquir) was less than friendly. Had to fight to get an inspector to the house. I know the mattress did not pass the 'dip test', but never heard a peep from anyone again. Warning - Don't buy AEG. I bought an AEG washing machine - with a five year warranty. 18 months later, I have had to have it repaired 5 times, each time something different! Don't be fooled by anyone telling you that AEG is a 'top' brand. A washing machine that can have that many different problems (circuit board, pump, motor, draining mechanism, drum problems, etc) does not come from quality manufacturer. Recently during our rainstorms I was looking at J C Penny / Home store to purchase furniture for my living room. Upon getting to the second floor I saw a sofa I was interested in and water was dripping down from the ceiling onto the white sofa. A sales clerk approached me and I said water is dripping onto the sofa and she said the roof leaked. I purchased a King Koil Sleep Design 1000 Firm mattress that was manufactured by Blue Bell Mfg. in Connecticut. I've had crippling back and shoulder pain and have gone back to the store where I purchased it who said that it was just "my body adjusting to the new mattress and to give it time." Poor service by the store, salesperson, and especially customer service. We purchased a coffee table Jan 1. It was delivered without the four panes of glass. They ordered replacements but after two weeks only one pane arrived. They ordered it again but this time after two weeks only two arrived. They ordered again but after two more weeks I have not seen the missing pane. So now I have a coffee table with a whole in the middle making it unusable. I received a bill from nwpsc for $160+ including a previous balance of $75+ and late fee of $10. I made the complete payment on the same day. However, neither did I receive my previous bill for $75+ nor did their online system allowed me to login and check my account balance. In the absence of any information about the account balance being send to the customer, it's an unfair practise to send late fees. I bought a Range from Sears in May of 08 and I cut my finger on the vent that is right above the Range top and below the dials on a ledge and you cant see it... I was cleaning my range and ran my hand across the ledge to clean it and found the vent when it cut my finger badly.. I am looking for anyone else who has done this also. We contacted them, they sent out a sales guy, and we signed our contract...a 3 year deal with only 2 years enforced (and duly noted on the contract). Sue Garland who is one of the owners overcharged my credit card by 22, 000.00 . I only ordered a carpet runner and she charged me for all of these items that we had not decided upon. They lied to me, to GA consumer affairs, and the better business bureau, and the credit card company. Sue changed the dates on invoices and was caught in many lies.
