In May 2008, I hired Wilfredo Delacruz Professional Services to troubleshoot the house central air unit. Mr. Delacruz stated that I needed a new unit. I agreed to replacement. Just this week, 2 Dec I bought a gold & silver pine cone wreath from the Martha Stewart collection in K-Mart. I thought it was lovely but after hanging it on my door the problems began. Every time we opened the front door the pine cones would start falling off. The first time I had to use my hot glue gun to glue them on. Expo Stucco subcontracted to apply Dryvit exterior on my home 12 years ago. Recently, water leaks were discovered in two separate walls necessitating extensive reconstruction of the walls. The cause was found to be directly related to poor workmanship when the stucco was applied.
