I placed my original order for furniture in May of 2008. We paid for half of it so that it could be ordered in July 2008. In August we were told it was discontinued and to pick something else out. We did, it was ordered the 2nd week of August. 16 weeks have now gone by. Each time I call (every couple weeks) I am told a certain date that it will be in, and it's never in!!! Bought this washer wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Please find another machine to buy. I spent a lot of money on this and it leaks, smells, ruins my floor and my clothes (it twists clothes together in a big tangle) and our clothes are not even clean. Has error codes flashing. Just not of good quality. I regret buying it. I had an old washer for 12 years, after it finally quit i splurged (or so I thought) on an energy, water saving machine. My new condo association hired Rodney as a result of a proposal sent to us via e-mail by Doris Kelly, the business's office manager offering his services to inspect and clean our complex's 39 chimney, fireplaces, and dryer vents. I bought a St. Croix pellet stove insert in June 2008. So far no problems with performance. But support... forget it. The manual is badly written. You are at the mercy of your local dealer. If you have a technical question and call the manufacturer in Waco, Nebraska you will hit a stone wall. I had a simple question about purchasing the right kind of UPS (battery backup) which my dealer had (wrongly) discouraged me from purchasing. AHS sent a request for Apex Appliance Repair to come out and repair my oven. Apex came out and inspected my oven and stated that they would need to order a part. I waited two weeks and called Apex and they said the part was on order from Sears. Four weeks went by and still no repair. Yesterday I returned from to my car after buying a few items at Lowes Hardware. I found that one of their huge carts (the type for hauling lumber, not the shopping cart type) had been pushed into the back of my car. I bought the New Yorker sofa from the Marion, IA, store on 7/7/2007 ($677.76 total). After a few months of use, the cushions began to break down to the point that the couch was impossible to sit on comfortably. POOR QUALITY FURNITURE We purchased white cribs for our twins and I must say that the finish on them is terrible. They scratch incredibly easy and further to that we purchased the mattress frames from Concord for the 3-in-1 crib and I'm not joking when I opened the box to install it, the metal frames, yes metal frames were as crooked as the owner. Be careful of this operation, they used to have a good name and I've noticed a huge change in their attitude and quality of product. There is no such thing as a perfect product but one of the best on the market is Kingsdown. I notice people keep saying they call Kingsdown. Weather you buy a bed sofa or tv you don't call the manufacturer, you call the retailer. In the last 6 years Kingsdown has sold 700, ooo sets of bedding(to NYC retailers) and I see a very small handfull of complaints. Dreamwater Spas, never heard of them the company that's because they use to go by another name Infinity Spas. David Hatley is still running the show and things are worse then ever. This company does not pay it's distributors, oh wait they do send you check but they will be bad one. I really can't say anything bad about the qaulity of the product however if a company has trouble paying it's bills you have to wonder how long they will stay in business for. I purchased a pre construction condo from BAY View Grand(BVG) Developers in Puerto Vallarta Mexico over 2 years ago. About 1 year ago BVG has been sued by the Hotel Association in Puerto Vallarta for obtaining an illegal building permit and building a High Rise Condo complex that went against the building codes. BVG payed off the mayor of puerto Vallarta and he has since left mexico to escape any criminal charges. In July 2007, I contacted Bathbrite about refinishing a shower and a bathtub. I had looked at the web site. They offered a 5 year warranty. Their prices seemed very reasonable. The shower was going to have to be redone and the bathtub either needed to replaced or refinished. I decided update the master bath and kitchen counter top. The security system stopped working, the alarm would sound off and no one would call to verify everything was okay. Vector continues to take money out of my account every month to monitor the alarm and was not doing so. Vector sent a tech out who fixed their equipment. Vector is now billing me for them fixing there equipment, while taking the monthly charge out of my account monthly... on time. We too are sorry to have used TCH. It has been 1 year since the completion of our home, and so many times I wished we had checked into the company more than we did. They DID go over the contract price because of THEIR inability to get an area over the fireplace the correct size. Also in the size of wire that was code. (They should have know this BEFORE hand) We have an electrical issue that was wrote on the final inspection- they wouldnt fix. CHEAP appliances. (We had to buy out of our pocket a new dishwasher and stove) HUGE gaps between boards on porches. We purchased a Blandford home in Gilbert and had no real problems for years. The first sign of trouble was when we went to replace the carpet in the living room with tile. Once the carpet was up and the slab laid bare, it was obvious that we had not just a cracked slab, but also one that appeared to be tilted downward like it was sinking into the ground. Once the tile was in, we started noticing that the floor in that part of the house rose and fell with the seasons. I bought a fridge 4 years ago, recently the fridge was not staying cool. A Sears repair man was to come out (he didn't even get out of his truck because the contractor was here to let him in not the homeowner). Had to reschedule. The second appointment he was over three hours late. Upon recieving a dissconnection notice from them because we simply overlooked a bill, we promptly called the number on the notice, which said call right away.
