These people are running a scam and tell you if you sign up for their DSL in a few months you will get 2 visa gift cards. One for $50 and another for $125.00. Dwyer has been servicing my HVAC for the past 2 yrs. At first they proved to be reliable until recently. My fan continued to blow and would not turn off. A technician came out and said it was the circuit board. They replaced it and the unit continued to run. They came out again and said it was a faulty board, which they replaced free of charge. I have an American Standard Americast double deep sink. It is chipping and scratching and I was told that this would not happen. That news sounded so good since I had metal sinks that did scratch and looked so bad, so I fell for the feature of the sinks, --hook, line and sinker and now I have the same problems with the porcelein sinks that I previously had with the metal sinks! As a new home owner I didn't understand or even know I had a home warranty until my front entry started rotting. Whatever exterior building material that had been used allowed water to wick up behind the material and decay from the backside. My son thought it was too big for the area, even though we didn't take it out of the box, as we told him how big it was and we agreed it wouldn't fit on his new patio. I reside in Tilden Houses (NYCHA). My refrigerator has not been working since Wednesday Oct. 29th. I have made several complaints and just keep getting a ticket number. I have kids in my home and it has been very uncomfortable trying to cook and feed my children.
