Back in 2007 I was going through a divorce and moved back into my parents home. With my Geisinger health insurance I have a $500 deductible plus copays ect. I went to the store because I had recently bought a necklace. I brought the necklace to the store for a refund/credit/exhange because the glass gem slipped off the chord and shattered into pieces. I had a coupon to go to this dental office in Plano for an exam and cleaning. When the hygienist got done with me, she told me that I needed a $900 (additional) deep cleaning because I had periodontal disease. I had periodontal surgery several years ago and no longer have the disease. Today I went to another dentist to get a full workup for the Peace Corps and they told me I just needed an $81 regular cleaning. I bought a pair of sports shoes from Bata Shoe Store at Gopalan Legacy Mysore Road Bangalore on 6th May 2010. On 28th May I visited the storees and showed the shoes and the deffect.
