I have had the unpleasant experience of having to rent medical equipment from Walgreens Home Care. They are the MOST incompetent provider OUT! The rental equipment is paid for through the insurance until it meets the purchase price. Walgreens has been paid IN FULL and yet they continue to bill my insurance. If you are smart, you will steer clear of Davison Invention, located in RIDC Park in the Pittsburgh area. At 1:14 am I stopped at the drive thru for quarter pounders and double quarter pounders. Meal was given to me on a timely basis no problem there. It was raining out but I only live about 10 minutes away. A bite into the hamburger had me gagging. It was seared on the outside but totally raw in the middle. I did not feel like driving back there again. This is second time this has happened on the same burgers at the same place. There is a company called Celebrity White which I believe is legitimate. It sends an (almost) free sample and if you don't cancel you receive a monthly supply of teeth whitener which is billed automatically to your credit card. When you order something on back order they still charge your credit card as of the day of the order. I don't think you should get charged for that item until they have the product and are ready to send it to you. I have also had trouble with getting qouted one S&H charge and then product is sent from a couple of different warehouses and they incurred more S&H then expected because there was more than one package. My doctor ordered an insulin pump and continuous glucose monitor, okayed by my insurance. Turned down by Edgepark. It has been 4 weeks and I still do not have the equipment or the training to use it.
