jamin leather overcharged me on shipping. it tokk many calls and months to get the money back. then they shipped unordered items to me and billed for them. again, more hassle getting them to take back the item, return my money. they did not return the shipping costs on the unordered item until the credit card company stepped in. the credit card company recommended blocking them from further card use, which i did. read full review »

I did not do enough research before buying MBT shoes on-line, so when I saw them for such a good deal ($88) that I went ahead with the sale. After reading about these websites (fraud websites) later that same day I emailed topsmbt.com (the only way to contact them of course, no 1-800 number, no live chat, etc). First, the woman I was supposed to see, whom I waited 2 weeks for, got fired and no one called me to let me know I no longer had an appointment so I showed up and had to "get fit in" with someone else. Was approached by a Sureco official in Cape Town International Airport who offered to relieve us of our excess luggage for a cheaper rate than South African Airways could quote. I was erroniously billed $277 for a procedure. The DHG dentist who handled my case directed that the charge be deleted and even made a follow-up phone call directing this for a second time. The DHG office manager at the Tampa East Busch office made multiple computer entries for over three months trying to get the Detroit bookeeping operation to remove the invalid charge.
