This was part of another site that offered a $500.00 credit card if you tried some of the products on the site. I have never even heard of the company, let alone bought anything from them and now i have a negative balance on my account because of them. I was sent a bottle of foundation as a gift directly from Beauty.com and when I opened it, the bottle had obviously been used with fingerprints all over the black cap which were clearly visible. Riverside Pediatrics' billing department is the worst place to deal with. I received their service in January. As there was some glitch when the insurance add my new born baby to their file, they didn't receive the payment from insurance co. They sent me a bill. I talked to the insurance co and found the glitch then called Riverside asking to file the claims again but they refused to do it. Since then they keep sending me a bill. The insurance co said they would pay full amount if they received the proper claim. The staff at the Waldorf Center for Plastic Surgery was very unprofessional during my consultation session for breast augmentation. I was unaware that there would be a consultation fee until my consultation session was completed. It is surprising that there would even be a consultation fee required when other "high-end"plastic surgery centers nearby do not require such a fee.
