Abbey (owner) is rude and has no concept of customer service. I had a cleaner out to my home that used bleach to clean our tile floors and she failed to pick up a 5x8 rug in our entryway. Our rug is bleached-out on the edges where the mop ran over it. I called to request a PARTIAL REFUND of the $60 cleaning service fee and was refused. "Absolutely not" was used. I live nearby of this Donkin Donuts location and always gothere for coffee and bagel. Almost every time I see very long line with angry customers. Staff is very unprofessional, rude and very slow too. My main complaint about their inability to understand and speak English. Never ever buy insurance from these people. They have put me thru it over a drug prescribed by my doctor. If the medicine is over $100.00 they make you try not one but two different medicines and still would not pay for it. On October 23rd I read an add on the internet for Dazzle White Tooth Gel, priced $2.95 for a trial. I filled out the form and was then issued with an receipt for $12.95 (?$US), I spoke to the rep via email to be told rudely to read the fine print that there is a $12.95 charge for international shipping, I then cancelled the order and eventually was given a cancellation number.
