I tried to refill this card at my local Walmart and the local Krogers Grocerey store in Greenville and the response that I got at Walmart's was that the card could be refilled at the local Wilco Hess Service station or convenance store, and when I went there to refill it they told me that they did'nt honor the card for refills, so then I went to Krogers and they said that in order for them to make any tranactions concerning the card, was if the card was first purchased from them! read full review »
