i had an appointment on Sat. 16, 2009 and first of all i had no privacy in the dressing room. The ad on craigslist only says it needs study participants over 18 and over 100 pounds and will give you $1200 compensation. The email response says you need to go to a web site to have Acai berry supplements mailed to you, that you need to take them for 2 weeks, mail pictures of yourself during the 2 week trial and after the 2 weeks you will be mailed the $1200. I ordered the free trail and they charged my credit card for the shipping and handeling and before I even got the pills another 84.01 for the next order. I tried to call them and was on hold for over 3 hours finally hung up and tried again and was on hold for another hour. When I finally got a hold of a customer rep. they told me there is nothing they could do for me and I could not return the pills or get my money back. They wouldn't even let me speek to a supervisor. I took a free trial of Acaiburn products, and supplied my debit card no as payment for postage, unknown to me was small print stating that I was subscribing to a product for a monthly fee, and had to cancel in writing. We have had a Zales credit card now for about 5 months. We are never late on a payment, usually pay well before the due date. Well I ordered the $4.95 "10 day evaluation" of one of their products, Reservatrol. I saw this through another website I use as it was linked there, did not know it was XM Brands until afterwards. I went into this churches chicken today around 6:52pm. She told me there would be a 15 wait on Chicken. I said ok and was wondering why they were out of chicken when the store did not seem that crowded. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a 10 piece mix. United Health Care is by far the worst health insurance company in the United States. It is by far the WORST Company I have ever tried to deal with. Just recently I had to have an MRI. My plan states that I have a 90% coinsurance. So when I received the bill I thought that it was a mistake that they only covered the procedure at 80%.
