I bought a swatch irony. It has a metal band with black plastic inserts. The plastic is rubbish and break constantly. I have twice replaced the band. I gave them proof of my insurance during my appointment, and they never billed them. Instead the extremely rude and condescending secretary accused me of not having insurance. I offered to fax or email paperwork so that she could bill the insurance and she refused to give me a fax number or email address. I called them several times to help them fill out the paperwork, and they didn't do anything. Instead she sent me a bill for work that is 100% covered by my insurance. I too have been scammed by this company as when I first opted for the supposedly free trial the page froze and my payment did not go through. In a way I was glad as I thought it sounded too good to be true. Any way after 4 weeks and no payment showing on my bank account I tried again, received the trial pack cancelled it the same week and still got charged this week. Customer Services were no help and hung up on me saying that it was payment for my June order which was not accepted! I though I had bought a product from a company called Tipperhealth - I find that I have been charged much more than I agreed - about £3o sand the find that they have spread my card to other companies Maxacaiburncom and clipperhealth for a total inclusing their charges of £148.11 and I have returned the products as instructed - they still sent me more this has coats as total of £3.36 - big difference from their costs of £50.23. You will pick out a diamond to be mounted, they will mount a different diamond with flaws and tell you thats the one you picked! There is nothing you can do about it because of their no refund policy. They will exchange it for another diamond, but double charge you for the labor and mounting costs. Turns out they were supposedly shipped (after being on back order for 30 days) to an address that should not have even been in the system for over 4 years! Website states you can try product for the price of shipping and handling. But 2 weeks after placing order you will be charged the full price of the product $87.13. This is after you paid the shipping charge when the order was placed. I placed the order on 7/25 but did not receive the product until 8/10. There is only a 14 day trial period on the product but you don't receive it in time to try it and then they bill your credit card the full price. Supposedly if you return the product you will be issued a refund. That's where I'm at now - returning the product. You will need an RMA # in order to return for credit. I had not gone to the facility since March due to an injury to my shoulder from work, so when a friend told me that the facility ha been closed I was surprised.
