This company is a total ripoff. Their shipping department is on Orange, Ct but you are suppose to call to get an RMA number in order to send the product back to New York. I purchased several food items from the Jack in the Box in Page, Arizona on Sunday evening August 9, 2009. The amounts posted on the drive-thru displays and the amounts charged were different on several of the items. When I asked the drive-thru cashier if a mistake had been made, she replied that the manager charges more than the displays. She stated that there is nothing she can do about it.
