Very Poor Servive in this branch, Ordered Pizza at 525pm, stated 45 min to deliver. Called after 1 hour and 15 minutes. About 1999, I did research and found a surgeon that could do a breast reduction with my insurance. He seemed okay from what I could find on him at the time - so I made an appointment. The staff is friendly enough to make up for Dr Corriveau's impersonal manner - however there were some billing issues (that are best left for another time) but I ended up paying out of pocket. My order forms state that these products are scheduled to arrive on July 28, 2009. It is now August 7, 2009 and I have yet to see any shipment at my doorstep. Last week, we went to Lenscrafters to have eye exams for my kids. We gave our insurance cards and waited for hours to have an exam. After the eye exams, they said Lenscrafters don't accept our insurance company anymore. As a result we had to pay the full charge. They didn't tell us that before the eye exams. They may have products in hard to find sizes (many of which were not available over several searches), but their refund, return, and shipping policies are OUTRAGEOUS. I bought this eliptical machine for my daughter and she complained it doesn't feel right. It hurt her back to use it and her feet kept slipping forward so her toes were mashed. She also said she felt like she was going to fall on her face. In the meantime she would not use it. I recently felt my back injury was well enough and tried it for myself. She is correct.
