These people are beyond belief! I spent the money twice to send the unopened product back! I read all of the details after they charged my account and had the worst time trying to get a supervisor on the phone to get an RMA form that they require to accompany your return. I placed my order on April 24, my credit card was billed on May 5, today (June 26) no shipment and no response to my e-mails about order cancellation. I ordered a sample, but received with thge sample a club membership for $49.63 a month. I have Emailed them several times and have made several phone with no reply. I thought I was being nice when I paid for the first payment by check. they cashed the check plus deducted the same amount from my bank account. So for the $5.95 dollar sample it has cost me $96.26.
