I was told by the sales person when I joined up that if I was transferred out of state or lost/quit my job I would have no trouble canceling my membership. I was recently laid off and explained my situation to Court South. Their reply was basically, "too bad." The contract is vague in some areas. What is less than obvious, is that you have a very limited amount of time to return the product or they will bill your credit card for $79 dollars, making the cost of this 'trial offer' $83.
