I called to cancel my membership, they told me my order was shipped that day and there was no way to stop the shipment but when I recieved it to call and I could return it for a refund. Enclosed with my trial they explained additional monthly supply for $49.95 would be shipped unless cancelled within 14 days of order date. I ordered on 4/28 and cancelled on 5/6. On 5/19 I received a month supply and my credit card was billed $49.95. I called them on 5/19 to be told that I cancelled my supply on 5/15 - more than the 14 days allowed. TLG charged my account $139.99 but were unsuccessful because they had the wrong expiration date. At first I had no clue as to why this was being charged. After reading other complaints, the only conclusion I can come to is when I bought a Pedegg online (nearly a year ago). Within the last few months I have recieved 2 rebate checks in the amount of $5. We had a product sample shipped by Fed-x from Seattle to Guangzhou, China, to our employee there. When she went to receive the package, she was teated like a criminal and subjected to a line of questioning that was rude, obnoxious and totally objectionable. After about one RK surgery, 3-4 eye enhanchments, one suture and a Lasik procedure all on my left eye, my left eye has horrible accuity and sight. I have ghosting double and sometimes triple vision, starbusting and a acuity of looking through a ground glass or the bottom of a coke bottle. Immediately after ordering I called the number to cancel my order. I also found a web connection to cancel the order and did so. The phone number is clearly rigged so you can never get through. I also sent a letter telling them to immediately cancel my order. When I received my order I called the number listed and they told me the order had already been cancelled. First of all, it took five weeks to get someone on the phone to even be able to make an appointment. My regular doctor who wanted me to see an endocrinologist was given a referral line number that no one would ever answer. There was no invoice or packing slip included nor was there a phone number or confirmation of any type of order. Went to Bloomingdale's MAC Boutique to purchase cosmetics at Lenox Mall. I was already being helped by one consultant. Another consultant insisted on helping me instead. Everything was fine until I purchased my cosmetics.
