Like many others I was charged $88.97 for a product I did not want. I was able to talk to a customer support on their 800 #, they explained about obtaining an RMA to return the unwanted merchandise. I followed the RMA procedure (the only way to get one was via email), and never heard back from them. Without an RMA #, they will not accept the merchandise. Associated Insurance Plans provides insurance through some of the major colleges in the U.S. I had this insurance for a semester and paid around $1200. This isn't much to most I am sure, but to me it is significant. I ordered a ring from momsring.com. They sent the ring and everything was fine. My father, an ex-jewler helped me resize the ring. The first tap with the ring stretcher popped out all the stones and we lost one. I ordered a free trail of this product one month ago. They never sent the free trail, or anything else, yet they charged me over $80.00 on my credit card. They will not allow you to contact them by phone, they put you on hold then disconnect. You can not contact them by e-mail either. I returned the product for false advertising. The product was supposed to work with no change of habits. When I received the product, it told all the directions as to what to eat and how much to exercise. All it was, was an exercise and diet plan that you needed to change to. The pills did nothing. They keep telling me that they have to make sure that the returned item is ok and that since they have gone to broadcasting 24hours 7 days a week, they have really increased their workload, so they are sorry for the delay.
