I stupidly ordered the Acai Berry Detox online which said a 30 day trial but in the fine print you need to cancel within 15 days or you will be charged an unbealievable charge around $87. I order this product on 1-4-09, it arrived on the 13th, On the 18th I called 866 360-1477 twice to cancel and got voice mail to leave a message and placed on hold. No one ever answered the phone. This company charged my credit card for $78.84 without my authorization. I received NOTHING from them, I ordered NOTHING from them, and they provided NO service. I believe they got my credit card number when I ordered a "sample" from Acaipure. Interestingly, FOUR other companies with different names have charged my credit card without authorization. They are Acaipure, Easybodydetoxonline, Fit-Fac (which I think is supposed to be a health club) and Mastercleans. I believe this is nothing more than a group scam. I recieved a sample of "Natural- Acia Berry" in mid December 2008. The sample came with no invoice or any other paper work. The only information I found about this particular company was the address on the front of the USPS shipping bag. I also found a phone number and website address on the sample its self. I made an appointment with this agency on 1-16-09 for to be seen on 1-21-09 at 7am for some blood work on my 9 yr old. I signed at 6:55am. The staff were chatting with each other while the waiting room was full with about 12-15 people waiting to be served. I am disappointed and slightly disturbed that this website has not received any legal action for their blatant selling of FAKE FLEXI-BARS. Think TWICE before you order Bromalite free trial bottle. It comes with (so far) 4 different companys' trials and monthly membership charges that will hit your account a month later. Bromalite will charge you $69.99, some travel program trial $1, some educational program trial $1, and some fitness program membership will be $39.99. I placed an order for over $260.00 worth of merchandise from this co. on 12/13/08. I received an order confirmation via email. I then received an email on 12/20 saying my order would not be filled and that my money would be refunded to my credit card. Needless to say I have not received my refund after sending many emails. I also have had difficulty with getting my merchandise from Bully Xtreme. I ordered a product about a month ago and sent a follow up email prior to the Christmas and I still have not had a response. I tried the phone number of the previous reporter and it is now disconnected or changed with no new number. I tried to email again and even replied to one of the marketing news letter with no response. Frank Sherrill seems to have responded and tried to make the previous reporter whole. This company shows up dvertising as many different names such as Rachel's diet, tammys diet, etc., as a diet blog with their story. Lists Dr Oz and Rachel Ray as proponets to this duo. My husband and I are members of lafitness since Feb 2008 and pay for racket-ball privilege. Yesterday we reserved the court for an hour and by the time we reached their it was ~14 minutes into our reserved hour and we found somebody else playing on our reserved court. This was an order on the internet advertised the product was free. as long as shipping of 3.95 was paid. My credit card was charged 3.95 on 12/16/08. this is the date it was ordered. The product arrived on Jan. 1 2009, along with my credit card statement, with an added charge of 87.13. I called my credit card co and reported this. I filled out an offer for a sample of their products. Before sending my credit card information, I read their terms and conditions. When I found out they would not refund my shipping, I "X'ed" out of the order form before sending my credit card information. Somehow, they got it anyway, sent me their product, and have not only refused to refund my shipping charges but I now have to pay MORE shipping to have the product shipped back to them, they will not accept anything marked "Return to Sender." Big K Vending has left their soda machines and snack machines on site without refill nor communication for two months. Machines are in poor condition and are to the point of taking money without giving the selected item. When you call Big K Vending the number has been disconnected.
