These people are big time cheaters. They did not refund me the amount as promised by them. They kept on rotating me from here to there for money but did not want to pay me back any thing. On 12/15/08 there was charge on my account for $69.95 for this product. This product was not charged nor ordered by me. I have tried to contact the company since 12/26/08 via phone. I cannot reach a cusomer service rep. The standard message of "we are experiencing technical difficulties with calls. My daughter ordered a free trial order of these pills... we had to pay the $5.95 shipping/handling. We never ordered any more pills. This is a two part "scam" in the fine print of an Acia Berry free trail. Beware of the little adverts on the side bar in facebook and other social networking sites. The ones that talk about Oprah's amazing Diet or Rachel Rays, or Dr G's. I authorized and received a trial of AcaiPure. But didn't receive it til long after the trial period was up. Not aware they were charging me 39.95 after 14 days. I am being charged on my card for products that I have yet to receive and for a first product ordered that didn't even come in time for me to take it for the trial period. In looking at the product page, there are nothing but complaints about these products and even my credit card company knew of these, and told me I had to get a cancellation # before they could take it off my card.
