I placed an order with this company March 2008. After only receiving a partial order I canceled the balance June 2008. Imagine my surprise when I piece of the canceled balance came to my home. I requested return instructions and credit for this item. By August I had not received return instructions yet and the final item on the canceled balance was shipped to my house. Ordered Acai Berry Supreme and recieved Acai Berry All Natural Cleansing Formula. The product is not what was ordered and does not do what they say. I have take the Acai Berry for one week and have noticed no difference. I have drank the Monvie Acai Juice before and this doesn't appear to have any of the benefits that I recieved from the juice. My name is Shelley Tryon. I have been buying caramilk chocolate bars for years because of how good they are. For the past 2 weeks I have been have issues with the chocolate bar rapper. Every time I go to open the chocolate bar the package is actually glued to the chocolate bar, making it so you cannot even eat the bar. Because of the glue on the chocolate bar there is a lot of the paper glued on the rapper. I buy the chocolate bars daily and I really hope the problem gets fixed because my 10 year old daughter got very sick because of the glue. Please fix this problem before other kids get sick to. I bought a pair of Thom Mcan shoes in July from K Mart, they have the new Poron 4000 Lifetime comfort soles. I wore them off and on during winter, went to clean to put away for summer and noticed that the new Poron inner sole has fallen to pieces. Took them back to K Mart but they would not do anything. I ordered the "free trial" offer and all I had to do was pay 10$ for shipping costs. I never recieved my free trial and contacted them several times to notify them. I have sent numerous emails and telephoned several times and have had no response...now they are trying to bill my credit card 49$ usd. On the surface this website looks legitimate. They appear to be from Vancouver, B.C. and it also says they are Licensed by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.They also send out a confirmation email that your order has been processed.
