On Sunday 11/23/08 we placed an order of 23 mixed pieces w/two side orders (fries and red beans & rice) w/biscuits. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the biscuits and when we got home we did not have our order of fries. So all we had was the chicken, red beans & rice and the biscuits. Hello, We are buying "Sujata" and "Lakshmi" brand whole wheat chapati flour from most of the indian grocery stores in Houston, Texas. Lately, these products have a very high level of white flour mixed in these 20 lbs. bag. We have confirmed this mixure complaint with several indian families in Houston who regularly consumed this product. It has also been revealed from the grocery store owners that it is not possible for the product manufacturer to sell 100% wheat flour at economical price so they tend to mix the stuff. I was charged for two items I did not order and tried to call 800 number and set on the phone for two hours before it was answered. I told the person I did not order the two items, she said when I received the order to send it back for a full refund. The packing paper says I need to contact the support to get a delivery confirmation and return merchandise authorization number plus a 15% restocking fee will be charged. When I received the package the Hoodiawater had busted and everything in the package was wet.
