This company is charging the amount of 29.95 for a service that I never asked for. They say that when you apply to get a free sample of some products automatic you get enrool in their services and you have 7 days to cancel if not they charge that amount but the funny thing is is that I ordered the 11/4 and they made the charge 11/10 only 6 days after the order I made for a free trial of a product. I ordered 3 hats back in March, and after 2 weeks of not receiving a tracking number or confirmation I emailed them. They claimed they were busy and tracking numbers would be given shortly. A month later, I finally receive the hats, but 2 out of 3 of them are not the correct hat that I ordered.
