Just returned from a cruise on the Oosterdam arriving in San Diego on November 1. We had taken the same cruise last year in December and had a good experience. on the web site they have a picture from the ugg austrailia web site of ugg boots and state that they are made in austrailia. when they arrived it said on the box that they are made in china and they look fake and don't fit properly. My sister took her wedding dress to be dry cleaned at One Price Cleaner in Melville, NY. She was told to pay $95.00 in advance, she did so but when she went back to the cleaner to pick up her dress; it wasn't cleaned. She complained and requested a refund but the cleaner owner refused to do so.
