I wish to file a complaint of discrimination against Lincoln Mall located in Matteson Illinois. My complaint is against Great Steak Escape. I dine in this resutrant on a monthly bases. This place has been a nightmare. All we wanted was our family to have cleanings. our insurance pays this 100% including the x-rays. We get a bill for everyone that we owe money!!! I allege that I was not given the proper change. The cashier is saying the video is showing her giving me two twenties instead of one for change. I though the lowest I had was a $50. My fiance and I ordered a dress for our wedding. We paid the down payment upon placing the order. After recieving the dress (and paying the remaining balance), we noticed some chalk marks on the dress. We returned the dress to the store. Arty's Tees sales clerk took order over phone and misspelled word. When consumer's friend went to pick up the shirt and stated that it was misspelled the sales clerk said "that is how it is spelled in French" First that is not correct, but who wants a tee shirt with french spelling anyway. When the person that received the shirt as a gift tried to have it redone, the clerk lied to her boss and said she was told by customer to spell it that way. I am new to the Rochester area and have had a membership at Fitness 19 for about 6 weeks. I am taking classes at the local university and found out my tution covers the university's recreation center. I went into Fitness 19 and spoke with Erhan Guler. He was ready to allow me to cancel my membership until he found out I had paid in full. He refused to refund any portion of the money I had paid although the contract I had signed made no mention of rules for those paying in full. In Lynnwood office near Seattle, Wa. the technician is unable to program my MiracleEars They continually beep unless I turn it down so low that I can`t hear. I bough my pair of Miracle ears in Yuma, Az. the technician there was able to make them very comfortable for me. We are snowbirds and when I am in Washington, I am unable to have any problems solved. I've been going to Village Cleaners, near the Clock Tower in Herndon, VA, for years and I have never had a problem. They were never very friendly, but they got the job done and I was happy. This changed once they completely ruined my wife's dress. When I brought the ruined dress to their attention they said it wasn't their fault even though they managed to rip the dress and burn it. First they said it was my fault, then they blamed the dress designer, and finally they said that they are not responsible for destroyed articles of clothing.
