I recently brought 2 juicy couture tracksuits from Selfridge in the bullring in Birmingham england, but after wearing 1 of the only twice the bow fell off, then on washing them for the first time the gold toggle fell off the second blue 1 that i had brought. I am a Senior citizen. I take no medicines except for an occasional headache. It seems the product I bought not only in Wisconsin but the product I purchase at Sam's club have the same affect on me. This condition only happens when I take Tylenol PM or regular Tylenor before I go to bed. I have been seeking Dental treatment for several years at this the location. I had temporary crowns put on in 2009. I still have on temporary crowns. I went back four times. and sat in the chair for up to four hours at a time. The Dentist was unable to seat the crowns. Was told over and over the crowns needed to be redone. I ordered what was supposed to be a "free trial" offer. When trying to cancel future shipments, I called the phone number on the bottle and it tells me "all circuits are busy" every time I call. I tried their websites, all suspended. I tried to email the company and have never heard back from them. My "free trial" has turned into a $90 a month charge to my account automatically. Ordered a watch and was sent the wrong watch. They would not accept returns, but offered to send me the correct watch if I would wire cash for the shipping costs. my son had an appt with a neurologist which at the time had once insurance company. He had a follow up with the dr in which my coverage changed. His office called me over a month prior to his follow up appt for the new insurance info because they realized it had changed. We had the appt and he said he wanted to do an MRI which they do there. We scheduled it and got it done. All of a sudden I am being billed for the office visist and MRI. The insurance company said this dr was not in the network. I have had numerous issues with this office. Dr. Sosnin's medical assistant (I believe her name is Brenda). On my first visit she was very rude to me and looked at me in an ill expression on her face. My children had accompanied me to my appointment as well. My oldest daughter needed t use the restroom and it was very filthy and unsanitary. There was no toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap or anything to dry your hands with period. I purchased the True Blue Tanning Spray and I too got a dead rotting body smell. Everything that was in the bathroom where I sprayed, towels, shower curtian, bath rug, walls had to be repainted, my clothing, my bed clothing, aprrox $500. worth of home goods had to be thrown away. I was going to each of these cleaners until I get a pair of slacks back and there are several stains or what I think is burn marks.
