I signed up for the master card that was promoted by Kroger Co. I returned from a 13 day cruise to find out I owed them a payment the next day by mail. Never have I had such a short time to pay a bill. I wish that those who complain about this specific franchise can echo me and file a class action against them. My husband and I had our teeth clean in their Concord Office. It was painful.
