I ordered this product, trusting that their guarantee would be honored. It's called colon cure,If you don't like the product you can call in and cancel auto shipment of this product. You have14 days to cancel. I received it on 1/22/08. The product hurt my stomach, on the 1/28/08 I called the company cancellation # 1-801-208-7485. Busy, busy and then the phone hangs up.
I have made several attempts on 1/30/08, 1/31/08,2/01/08, 2/04/08 busy, no respond. How can you cancel if you can't get in contact with the company. Their number is always busy or not working properly. Consumers be aware of this company. read full review »

Exactly the same as many others i have read on here! ordered ugg boots, paid for through paypal, but the boots never show up!
The e-mail and phone number given also don't work. I have also just read that the 'company' doesn't have seller or buyer protection policy through pay pal, not surprisingly. So therefore it is very unlikely that you can get your money back through paypal. read full review »

Do not buy from this company, they are a scam!!! First they send the package to the billing address and not the sending address. Then they sent the wrong color item. The email page was expired so there is no way to get a return merchandise authorization number that you supposedly have to have before they will accept the package upon delivery. I placed an order for $140.00 with Fixfitness.com on January 22, 2008. I received an email confirming that the order had been shipped on January 24, 2008. As of February 4, 2008, I have not received any such order.
Now, the website is down and my emails go unanswered. I realize the USPS can take their sweet time getting anything larger than an enveloped letter to you, but I fear the worst. If I do, by some miracle, receive my order, I'll remove this complaint and simply never use the company again. After countless requests of my order status, and request for the cancellation of my order nothing has been done about it. they have not replied, i have called every day for weeks and never been able to get a hold of anyone, unable to leave messages because the inboxes are full. I tried calling all the numbers that appeared on each transaction of my CC stmt, naturally all numbers were "out of service at this time". He was sent home and received a writeup for showing up at work dressed inappropriately. He asked for clothes until he got paid and was refused. NO xrays taken but all of a sudden I have TWO cavitys and need a back tooth replaced... going by ONLY xrays! I questioned the fact that they took those 6 months prior so why was nothing said then?? I would like to complain about the packaging of lactic acid gel. It comes only in 7 per pack. while initially the patient needs, 7 lactogel for use, thereafter the company told us that the patient need to have 3 day course treatment after every menstruation. The lady I spoke with was very manipulative and talked me into an additional 7 days to evaluate the product. It is obviously fake, it came in a ripped up old shoe box from China. The company is supposed to be in California. When arriving to the restaurant, the workers are busy, but then, in between customer orders, they are often seen exhibiting immature horseplay in the kitchen. Mainly though, when we received our "Papa" burgers, they had put way too much sauce on them (by the top bun), and the bottom bun of the burger was completely soggy from the two burger patties. They were very messy to eat and the fries weren't very fresh either.
