This company is a complete joke. They came to SC in Sept 2010 and fired an abundance of employees who worked for this co for years just to bring in their "own" employees. I thought I was buying a tube of whitening toothpaste but instead am now being ripped of for $99/ month for some portal I never suscribed to. I called two weeks ago and spoke to a customer service rep who told me I should have looked at the Terma and Conditions. My ire apparently wasn't enough as they hit me with another fee this month. I bought the product more than a year ago. If I had chanced upon this website, I would not have bought it. I'm a fair skin Asian and thought the product may work on me. Fortunately I tried the product on the mole on the side of my belly and on my right shoulder. At first there isn't any effects on 2 tries in a span of a month. My 3rd try was a mistake.. I left it slightly longer and a black patch surfaced. Not only are the moles still there, I have to content with 2 black patches. I felt so cheated! I bought Samsung gas dryer (DV407AG) on Nov of 2009. After using for about months, the drying clothes needs 2-4 hours. I did all the troubleshooting according to the manual, and still need longer time (2-4 hours). I called the Samsung customer service for times. I was reached by Sahara care to get NRI parents who live in India EMergency Insurance. I had for few years and one last Emergecy hospitalization bills were not paid as of today. Prior to admitting them I got verbal approval from Meena Rawal and Ms. Nair from Delhi Sahara Care office. They promised me that they will reimburse but first want me to pay. Someone had their teeth pulled at Wilson Dental and they sent them home bleeding badly. By that eveing the person was in the Wilson Hospital ER because the bleeding would not stop. They were given fluids and their mouth had to have stitches put in it, then they were hospitalized for 3 days at Wilson Hospital. He was annemic for 3 weeks afterwards. Leanspa claims to give you a free trial but even if you do cancel within the time frame all of a sudden you are billed for 2 months supply. You have to call and demand a refund and hopefully they will give it to you. Not to mention that I don't think this even worked for me. I was enrolled with NABL from April 2010 to July 2010. My family had some medical issues. NABL only paid one bill. Every time I call, they said to call back in two weeks. This went on for awhile. Then eventually they said they haven't received it. Now it was turned over to an attorney who requested the CMS 1500 form.
