A step Ahead Enrichment and upon getting hired I was asked by my boss ELaine Wastson to fill out the Matrix forms for payroll because that was the company they used to do payrool. Arrived at office for a scheduled appointment, after I was taken into back they skipped a bunch of clients (appx 20) ahead of me. They misdiagnosed my condition for the sole purpose of overcharging. Held a confidential counseling session with another client at same time. Do not in ANY circumstances buy UGG boots from this company. I ordered a pair of black classic UGG boots in January and when they arrived they were clearly fake and not made of sheepskin. I have only worn the boots twice and both times the fur inside shed constantly and left a trail of black fur behind me. The fur inside is also coming away from the actual boot. I can tell the boots are not sheepskin because they make my feet sweat which does not happen with genuine sheepskin. I received their product and did not cancel in time so they charged me for the product (about $95). When I called they said I could cancel this product which I did on 12/28/10). They gave me the information to return the product for a refund, I did so on 1/4/11 and got a confirmation of delivery. The product was received on 1/12/11 at 5:46 pm. On 12 Jan 2011 I ordered a jacket from this website. It shipped the next day. I'm an active duty military member that is stationed over seas. The package was sent via USPS and was not tracked by this company. They said they do not track packages to FPO/APO addresses, which is where it was sent. When you call to cancel appointments you are told you can't do that unless you submit in writing. When you call and ask cancellation policy, your don't have to cancel in writing. Then they charge for missed appointments, but will cancel on you with no notice. Poor service! read full review »
