Montgomery County Bar Association is a local chamber of commerce. A group of lawyers work togther to protect their own interests in trade and only their own interests in trade. They came up with the so-called Fee Dispute Committee. The purpose of thsi Committee is to resolve fee disputes between lawyers and their clients. Guess what? It is all fraud. They pretend as if they do something for the clients. They will find any fee fair and reasonable ( Of course, the more the better) although it is obvious that the fee collected by a lawyer is extremely excessive and inappropriate. I posted a parcel from UK to India on 3rd May, I was assured that it would reach in 7 working days. The web tracking system shows that it was received by the Indian postal services on 11th May and sent to the domestic location. The parcel has not yet been delivered nor is the website for India Post offices helpful in anyway as to who can be contacted to trace parcels. Missing mail, such as Income Tax, application for Canada Pention, Tenants subsidised rent, etc. I got the Royal Run-A-Round not only from Canada Post itself, but from Canada Post Ombudsman, as well. I would like to register a complaint about Ace Renting (www.acerenting.com). I am a landlord, and published an ad in the local newspaper and on Craigslist. I received call 3/4/08 around 9:15A. Someone asked for me by name and hung up. I called the number back 208-344-2000, recording says Always Systems. Options were given 2371 Service, 2373 Customer Services, 2379 Sales and others. I dialed 2373 Customer Services, got Tammy's voice mail. I left my number but not my name to call back. When you call back no one will answer. The phone rings thru then goes dead after about five rings. She calls on Holidays, sundays, late evenings and early mornings. It is so frustrating. They release this money to Non Profit Groups as Grants to be used for the purpose of the HPRP program which is a federal program run by HUD.
