I have used this service for the past two summers and have been very disappointed. I'm looking for a new landscaping company now. Thompson Landscape does a very rushed, lazy job. They do not cut the grass evenly, often missing large areas of grass. They also leave the grass clippings in my air conditioning unit. I have called to complain twice and don't receive any apology. These guys know there software doesn't work but they keep selling it. In a meeting with them to discuss why our company was not coming up in the search engines as promised, they kept getting errors during the demonstration that was to prove their software worked.
