In 2005 as new home owners we continued service with Suburban due to already having tank on property & have been paying approx $79 yearly rental fee. I had a coupon for $75 for duct cleaning.. As soon as they arrived it was " oh look how dirty your furnace is... " and gave me a $400 estimate to clean it. The guy (Joe) was creepy and unprofessional and keep pushing on selling other services. After he left, I noticed a burnt smell and the furnace stopped blowing warm air. I called them and they sent someone over the next day after 4:00 PM. I specifically asked not to send Joe. Grossly fraudlent over billing. I had them replace my packing gland. I had done it myself for years previously and it takes me a half hour tops. They charged me for 2.5 hours labor. Company was hired to fix furnace pump that seized and was overheating. To prevent a fire I disconnected the power supply. When technician showed up and looked at power and neutral wires in a daze he called management who told him not to work on it. Can you imagine an appliance service company that is intimidated from rehooking up the power wires? It's a joke. Needless to say when I spoke to owner he was rude, and unapologetic. I would agree with previous poster in strongly recommending you find another piano mover. I hired David Webster at Move-a-Piano.com to move my piano into storage at their Oklahoma site, and then to be moved later to my home in Utah. It is a C1 Yamaha Mark IV. It was moved with no issue. I received a promotional letter from Philip Rohms in October about a government program that assisted senior citizens. You were to make from $2500 to $4200 for assisting seniors with this program. He charged $35 and said he would send you the instructional material for this program. I sent him the $35 and he cashed my check but he never sent me the material. .. We purchased a brand new Yamaha SX210 boat on July 15, 2009 and discovered an engine problem on July 20, 2009. Like others--I have mailed in my registration fee and October & November grocery receipts with the correct $25 coupons and still have not heard anything back from the rebate redemption center--no rebates and/or gift card has been sent to me.
