We had mediacom for over 2 yrs. It was horrible. If you were on the internet the phone didn't work, if you were on the phone the internet wouldn't work. The phone didn't work more than it did. This auction site often fails to recognize auction numbers, thus I cannot use the credits I bought from them to make my bids. Also it will often give a generic "could not submit bid" when it fails to put a successful bid in - with no explanation. If you really need to bid on something and can't tolerate failure, DON'T use stealthbid. I was informed recently that if we worked any overtime we needed to fill out an exception log to be paid this overtime. I have been working there since Feb. 2009 and just found this out. Matthew Sherman of United Lift Truck sold us a used order picker (a type of lift truck for a warehouse). We agreed on a price and gave him a deposit. He never owned the truck, but supposedly had it sourced. However, he never got the truck (never tried to get it, we found out the source of the equipment). I subscribed to this site to report someone who sent me the link to join and the requested my password. To compensate for it, I got some little credit to check out the site. I was stupid enough to use it and the credit expired with no warning. The chat session continued and I was charged $200 a week later.
