We purchased a wine bottle opener from this company that did not work properly from the beginning. It never worked smoothly and often didn't remove corks properly. It then broke entirely. We contacated them and offered an exchange for another type of opener, and they refused. They then stopped responding to our contact efforts. They installed a new water pump impeller in my 2007 Yamaha 250HP motor upon purchase. On the first use, the motor ran hot and I had to take it to a dealer in Florida for repair (while on vacation). We fell behind 15 days on our tractor payment and these crooks dropped off a letter saying we had 5 days to "resolve" the issue. The next morning while I was at work they repossessed it. Made the wrong kind of die for my machine, won't refund it or make another. Though I described my machine exactly and they assured me this die would work, they then offered nothing but that they would cut the parts on their machine using the die, and charge me for each one, plus shipping! The manager, Lon WIlkerson, Jr. wouldn't even respond. The dealer, Kevin Harfst, was "offended" that I wanted my money back, and nearly kept the die I returned. I have been using FedEx Kinko's for a project I started over 2 years ago. I have used them in 4 different metro areas and usually never had a problem, until this week at Fairview Heights, IL. I stopped in to print out a group of files that I have printed hunderds of times in the past at several other Kinko locations with no problems. I received my Voyager Telescope as a price from my company. When I went to assemble it, I noticed the machining was haphazard and some of the existing screwes were cross threaded. When I finished assembling the scope, I found the rack and pinion was defective, so the telescope would not focus. This company is my 1st mortgage i was out of work for a month & they told me not to worry about my mortgage payment that when i returned to work call them and they would work out a payment plan with me. The sales person was very deceiving when explaining the 30-day trial and the agreement she required to be able to participate. I was told I had to pay a $49.95 deposit for the 30-day trial that would be forfeited if I did not work out 12 days out of a 30-day period. I have never ordered from this company, yet today I found a charge on account for 14.95 to them. I called my bank and they gave me a phone number to call. I called and the person I spoke with, I told them to cancel or whatever they had to do to erase me from their system and make sure they never again charged my account. After waiting 2 months after being gaurenteed the product in 2- 5 weeks and calling and wanting to cancel the order because we had yet to recive the product, and we had no credit problems so they had already released our loan for the product we never got them!! I was tied up with universal gas for their promise to lock low gas rate, which is not actually lower but they locked the price to a higher rate. I do not want to continue with their company but they want me to pay $250 early termination fee that was never mentioned to me in the beginning. Hi, My whole lawn died because of Chem Lawn. They are TERRIBLE! They had the nerve to try to charge me for three months after the lawn died. Now, they continue to harass me for payment and they literally call my phone at least 20 times per week! Money was taken from my account without my being aware this would happen. I was told on the website that I would be charged a one time fee of $1.99 for a CD that would help me get a grant. After talking with the customer service person who seemed to have no information for me other than I have been charged $58.61 after a seven day trial and $13.42 for an SBA news letter I never recieved in my email, which I had no Idea I was to recieve.
