Century Link has to be the worst company I have ever had to deal with . The people I talk to make promises, then when my bill comes it is totally different. I have emailed Century Link, and written letters to their corporate office and all have been ignored. Very unhappy with this company. I was promised to pay no more than $119. a month for business phone and DSL. I have been charged as much as $162, because of their mistakes. I had close to One hundred poems on that site and they were all my best work. Now, Lulu Poetry has done plagiarism on me. Many others might have had the same thing done to them. They should report it to better business bureau and have them put the poems back on the internet. They do not give credit to your writing and they should be fined. I contacted Wayne McClain to do an emergeny roof patch. he charged me $300. using my tarp & ladder. It failed a week later, on the 1st rain. He convinced me while on the roof at 9pm using a flashlight that I had extensive hail & wind damage and the roof could cave in. I contracted with Four Elements Landscape and Irrigation in Denver to do several landscaping projects at my home. They did not remove all of the gravel I asked them to and it ended up being strewn across my yard. Also, instead of hauling away dirt they dug up, they shoveled over to a flower bed and buried my flowers. They also left a mess in my yard with left over materials and food wrappers from their lunch. Geico should never use this company again.. I had nothing but problems taking the insurance 6 hour stupid course. The short sentence that I had to type for authorization of myself never worked.. It locked me out every single time I tried to enter it.. Customer Service is helpless and tech support must be a bunch of highschool drop outs who should be saying "Do you want fries with that". Well my experience in tres vino was awful. We went to celebrate a birthday party, maybe around 30 people. We spend around a thousand dollars, and an employee asked us to move from the table as we are still eating, very rude. The food is bad, expensive. So we're get up from the table, go to the other side of the restaurant and sit down at another table and another employee told us we have to move, again, because that tables costs $300 to sit there, when we spent more than enough money. This company called claiming to be our copier company. They stated that the cost of our toner was going up and they would sell us a case at the "old" price. They mailed one toner cartridge and invoiced us $587. I thought this was for the case and paid the invoice. The Duct Doctor advertised a coupon for $25.95 to clean my air ducts in my house. Before I knew it it was up to almost $600 due to 'mold'. Not only was I taken on that I made the mistake of paying up front. They then missed 3 appts with no call. To receive a one hour service it took from 4/11/11 to 5/9/11. And their refund policy says that I am eligible for a refund if i have not downloaded anything. And I have not downloaded any videos from their website from the date of subscription. I was given the car freshener gels as a gift for my new Audi. So you can imagine my horror when i returned to my car to find what looked like gel ontop of my change holder above the gear stick. First i did not realise what it was then as i started to drive i noticed the freshener drip.
