I received very poor service from Telkom and my internet service which should have been working already has been delayed. After visiting telkom stores several times, it seems no one can resolve the issue and I still do not have my adsl password. The technician who installed my new line was rude and gave me a used modem which did not work. I'm writing this from a personal experience with this con artist who misled me into believe that he had shown my project to investors when he had not. My experience with Cardex, now Pivotal:- 5 months after the contract expired Pivotal withdrew over $10, 000 (Over Ten Thousand Dollars) without consent. To be safe one has to close their bank account immediately to avoid having monies withdrawn. (Open a new account where Pivotal does not have access) In my opinion Pivotal encourages wholesale theft and is not the least bit concerned as to whether their dishonesty forces a company out of business. I feel Pivotal is a Snake Oil Outfit and should be avoided. Hiram Waste and Recycling apparently has no problem not honoring a contract. We signed up two years ago for home trash service picked up twice weekly at a rate much less than the competition. In the case of Hiram Waste it is definantly buyer beware as cheaper is not better. Hiram Waste stopped giving the service agreed upon. I understand some customers received notes attached to the trash container while others as in our neighborhood never received any notice at all. This company tells you to pay a month upfront when you sign up to hire a storage garage, saying and I quote 'If you leave before the month is finalised, you get the rest of that month, reimbursed back to you' The smiling assasin at the front desk who works on the weekends, makes you sign a contract without explaining the catch, doesnt give you a copy of the contract even though you ask for it, and then when you leave your storage space, she turns around and says 'we require 14 days notice to get your refund back' and scams you out of your cash. I got a call from this company the other night saying the number and nothing else. I called the number back from my caller Id and the I get a recording saying all the mailboxes were or are full even the operator which is strange. I did get someone supposedly name Edward Avery at ext 22710 which of course does not exist. I ordered a several surveillance cameras and the software for outside my liquor store. When it finally arrived (5 months later) it was installed as I directed. After installation the program that it was suppse to work was infected with a virus that now when you start it it automatically restarts my compter. The cameras are broken and never work, I actually had a robbery attempt and the camera/software did not work. Please stay away from this company.
