The site does not tell you that they will require a picture of your drivers license and a picture of your credit card before they will activate your account. This is completely unheard of. You will not find out about this until you fill out the form including your credit card information. Reputable online billers never see your credit card information. I set up a repayment plan with Wonga.com for an agreed amount and yet they have randomly decided to take over three times that amount in one go with no explanation or warning and have since tried to take even more! I agreed the repayment amount because it was all I could afford. This is a serious breach of contract from them. I sent an email via the website and have not yet heard anything back.
