Partners Mortgage started as a good company in my experience. At the time they provided the lowest mortgage rates available at the time and offered a zero cost refinance. There whole contract was very odd as there whole deal was a 'BUY DOWN AGREEMENT'. Basically my rate was 5.875% but the loan from the bank was at 7.3%. They basically paid the difference. Submitted paperwork for new business location at Edinburg post office. It has been two months and we still have not received our mail. I went to Edinburg Post Office for an explanation of why we have not received our mail. We are a Medical equipment facility and work with government and state agencies. Really disappointed... they have charged us 80 working hours for just for... nothing my local developer says its 2 days time job and the way it was done stuff working on it should be really trainee level... I was contacted by phone in June by David Williams of the above company saying that they were working in conjunction with the debt department to help clear debts. I underwent the process having to pay fees to the credit companies for all the information. However in December the phone was cut off and they were not answering my e-mails. Preferred Long Distance, Inc. will tell you they will save you money on their phone service through their phone slamming practice. Once you're on board with them you will pay a lot more than your regular provider and you wont be able to just close your account without you having to figure it all out. I found the solution by calling my old phone company for the procedure. Why didn't Preferred Long Distance help me with this? Because they want to keep billing you and they will. I have a Craftman lawn mower that I brought from Sears. I called the 1-800 number on the Craftmans owners manual so that I could have my mower serviced since it had been a couple of years since if had been serviced.
