Customers shop through this site and proceed to checkout. Everything goes fine. They send you shipping confirmation email but when you go to track the order there is no "status" or "tracking number" or anything of value. Then when you click the "contact us" link the page is down. Then the site is down. Complete fraud. I called a phone number that I saw listed for them on my bank account and the line is disconnected. I agree 100% with the previous review and have little to add -- I've placed 4 orders, received two and for one received two of everything I ordered (and charged according). I haven't been refunded for the products I returned. I was charged but still didn't obtain my order from August (it's December). I was contacted for a grant for $7000, I had not though of being scamed since I have applied for a few grants recently. They told me that they would need to verify a few things to process my grant. James Scott called me a few months ago claiming he was the ADA from the calif office and that I was under investigation from bank fraud made by chase manhantten bank. He gave me a lot of my personal information over the phone including my ss# so it sound real to me and he scared me to death! He said I could be arrested in the near future for this. the only way to avoid this was for me to send a apology letter and to wire him $600 within 10 days. I almost fell for this! My problem is with the "Good Sam" RV club. They are in the business of selling worthless extended protection plans. They sell you this plan when you buy an RV that is 10 years old or newer, for 10% of your purchase price. I had a claim the first year. The jacks wouldn't work. They denied the claim. The second year I had a claim leaking air bags. They denied it also. I appealed to the department manager, a man named Scott, who said, "you don't really expect us to pay out money on an 8 year old rv, do you? Site claims to offer trustworthy reviews of third party sites, software, electronics, etc. They are a paid reviewer. Where a reviewer is paid, the review can and will be biased. They appear to review everything yet they specialize in nothing. They list links and graphics ads directly linked to product suppliers. They appear to be nothing more than an electronic catalog. When thinking of using this site for its advertised purpose, consider this, would a Sears catalog offer negative opinions about products they stand to benefit from. The next day got an email saying the dress would not be available until a month after we required it. For a federal program the government does not oversee and administer this service at all. It is simply forgotten and subcontracted to Trac Fone who runs a shoddy program bereft with problems, poor service and unethical policies that take advantage of the poor and disabled. Brady Katz & White, a Pembroke Florida collection agency, solicited our company for past due debts. Information on a past due account was given but no agreement was ever entered in to by any party. BKW called back some weeks later and stated that the account was located and the responsible party said thanks for the free goods. Our company was told that a settlement could be reached for a lesser dollar value or send over $1500 and the account of the referred could be seized with full asset recovery. Background music is at 70db or louder. We have complained to the store manager several times and asked to turn the volume down some. We were informed that the volume was set remotely from the home office, whever that is, and they had no local control. Manager was not inclined to tell us where the home office is or whom we should contact to lodge a complaint. Since I had a choice of Dial up or Satellite Internet I went with Satellite and locked into a three year contract, over the first two years of complaints about download speeds I could still get no satisfaction. I am taking the effort to warn people to avoid purchasing from GreenCulture at all cost. I ordered a Thesally bed frame from them in February 2007. The bed was $1000, and they tacked on an outrageous $350 for shipping and handling. It was to take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Instead, it took 12 weeks. I've entered in a contract with them to help to ease my wife's nerves after I caught a mouse in our pantry. They've put down a few ant traps and a mouse trap like six months ago and all their representative does is to "monitor" these once month for $37. In the meantime we had more mice which I had to catch with traps I bought. I contacted them but there's no solution to my satisfaction. The "resources" they used could be bought from one monthly fee. We contracted barkbusters to help us train our new puppy 4 years ago. we spent 800 to have them work with us for the life of our dog. as it turns out- this is a joke. the woman, laura, came once and every time we called (about 1x a year) she gave us attitude and was annoyed we were calling with questions or for help. this company is JOKE. laura works for house calls in all of manhattan and is TERRIBLE. she is a fraud. she will take your 800 bucks and give you a hassle should you ever need her again. complete fraud - i wish i never paid this horrific woman. read full review »

I like United redemption customer service line, they are willing to find you a seat for miles, but that`s about it that I like about United Mileage Plus program.
