I placed an order with these people 6 months ago on October 29 2010. They took the money but they have not sent my order and they have never sent me anything but an order confirmation. They will not call me back, answer the phone or reply to my emails. They say on their voice mail leave a message and we return every call well this has been going on six months and as of now they have not returned the first call or answered the first email I would not do business with these people under any circumstances. Ecola termite co.in ventura ca. charged me $1, 800 for alternitive treatment of drywood termites.They said their electro gun would kill all termites in my home. Not only was that a lie! I called Nerds On Call to repair some basic problems I was having with my computer. They sent an on-site "technician" to "fix" the problems and downloaded all sorts of their software on my machine. The computer's performance actually got worse! They sold me on a service where technicican's can site your computer to repair it. After 8 hours, they left my machine with the inability to watch any videos (you tube, etc.) I finally had to take the machine to another shop and have everything they did un-done and spent $ for that. I am a disabled and a Veteran, that was posting an ad on the internet. City Grid came along and next thing I know, I am being charged $631.00 for advertising that I did not receive. No reports were submitted to me, I could not log in to my account, and when I contacted them to cancel, they told me it was too late, and began charging my credit card for $631.00. To date they are still trying to charge my card and have sent me to a collection agency, which is trying to collect as well. I am taking the effort to warn people to avoid purchasing from GreenCulture at all cost. I ordered a Thesally bed frame from them in February 2007. The bed was $1000, and they tacked on an outrageous $350 for shipping and handling. It was to take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Instead, it took 12 weeks. I called United Duct Cleaning to clean the air ducts in my home, based on an ad received by mail. UDC provided a minimal, substandard service that cannot be described as duct cleaning. I have spent over 20 hours downloading about 30 templates from their $60 package. They are much the same and all require extensive html programming knowledge. I did not know this ahead of time.
