Purchased to try out TVNoop because their customer service said I had 60 days to claim a refund if unhappy. Well, the icpv TV Noop software is the worst I've seen in a long time. Stay away from Equifax. Really poor customer service. You will not get what you pay for. It took over two times just to set up the account. I had a viper car alarm system after someone broke into my car. After Best Buy installer installed the alarm my car gave me problems. The day after the installation by new car battery was drain. I was late for work because I had to wait for a garage to jump my battery. My car gave me no problems before the installation of the alarm system. I believe the alarm was improperly installed. I disputed with guru.com who had my money in escrow, and they still awarded the money to the developer even though the site wasn't functional.
