Our company used Qwest for many years and had the business package of phone & internet services. According to our agreement, our HSI speeds were supposed to be 1.5M/896K. I paid for breeding rights for my Old English Mastiff. I got his preliminary hip xrays done at a year old to make sure I could breed him. That was in June of 2010. It is now Dec. 2010 and she is still arguing that she does not have to warrenty him. I have sent in the xrays to OFA and sent them to her vet to look at and they both said the same thing.
