I have centurytel internet when i first ordered it i wanted 10meg was told they only had 5meg in my area so I said ok and ordered 5meg 3 weeks later still had very slow internet and had already called and complained several times. I have 900 minutes on a plan that I pay for I now have accrued 2945 minutes and I lost 499. minutes from 12 months ago which I paid for. I tried to switch my plan to lower minutes but all the minutes that I paid for would be erased. In april of 09 I had Ives techs come to sweep my chimney.In the process they informed me that I had problems and needed a chimney liner.I had the work performed at a substantial cost to me . A year later I had another chimney tech come to clean the chimney for the winter .
