Hi all In a nutshell, I made an order through flora niche in August this year. For some reason HSBC would decline the transaction every time they would attempt to make payment, HSBC stated that their fraud prevention system automatically declined this. I have now learnt that Flora niche have distributed my personal credit card details to a 3rd party! Do they not realise how much fraud there is out there. Mothernature.com has great products for good prices, but they are very slow to mail items. This is the second time they have waited 2 weeks or more to ship my order. I tried cancelling the order because I needed the vitamins asap, but they say it's "in process" and can't be cancelled. Although the practice exams I've used do seem to be functional in terms of preparing me for the real exam, getting any usable assistance from their support department is difficult at best. My experience has been that they always send back a scripted response rather than actually reading your description of the problem, and trying to offer targeted suggestions. When I signed in with my personal info everything seemed up front. I was told they would send the paper work for me to fill in the info and return for review. I have been getting repeated phone calls from this company, from somebody by the name of steve yudek (sp). He only identifies himself and not the agency he is calling from. I did a reverse number look up so that is how I know it is this company. He is constantly calling me at work and at home and has gotten to the point where he is harrassing the switchboard operator.
