I called them as soon as I saw the charge on my phone bill and they cancelled my account but they said they could not credit my account and they had already sent another charge to my phone bill the day before. The person who they said authorized the charge was someone I had never heard of. AT&T was very helpful and recommended I file a complaint with the FCC who recommended I file a complaint with the FTC, which I did. I am extremely unhappy with Sears Carpet cleaning and their bait and switch tactics! We recently hired Sears in Alexandria, Virginia, to clean my 1 bedroom condo for $164, which seemed like a fair price. I ordered a few products from Saveonecrafts in California. The two delicate paper parasols were not even wrapped for shipping. the box arrived via ups and was smashed in the corners. The2 very small LED light were just thrown into the box, and I almost didn't even find them as they slipped into the end of the box.
