I hired Konstantin A. Feder of Cooling Experts to install a complete furnace and air system at a residence I own. The existing system was fully functional and never leaked a drop of water, but was very old and inefficient. Once the newly installed air conditioning was used, it failed within a few days. I have brought APC Back-UPS ES 500 for my wireless router (approx 12W load) power supply in case of power failure. Recently I have noticed that UPS is getting shutdown within 6 mins of power failure. I have called APC tech support for resolving this issue. They have told me that I need to connect at least 50W of load so that it will work as per the specs. Company comes out to remove wet carpet from a recent flood. They were rude and abrasive in conversation. Then after removing the carpet they just leave it in the backyard not telling us at anytime that the quote didnt include removal from the property. They also left the back door to my home open and left without letting us know that they were done or leaving, nothing. Oh and they also left three RAZOR knifes sitting on a chair in the basement after they had left with no safety concerns of my 4 year old or 18 month old sons. Do not buy a Morbark Chipper. I purchased a Morbark 15 Tornado in Aug of 2008, less then 2 years ago. It has been a complete lemon. The poor design and extreme vibration of the machine are literally shaking it apart. In two years, it has spent more then half of the time in the shop. It has been through 3 computers, 2 hydraulic solenoids, 3 radiators, 6 winch cables, and so many other smaller items that I can no longer keep track. I bought plastiron stain to put onto my fence and got some onto my fence and can't get it off of the siding on my house. What a ripoff! Now I have to paint the siding because these schmucks at plastiron make it so difficult. I tried to get them to give me a refund because now I have to buy house paint to cover the stain and they said that I should have used precautions. But still I should be able to clean it off.
