Ok so we were late on our rumpke bill and they didn't take our trash. We payed up our bill and the next week they STILL didn't pick it up! I called them and they said they cancelled our service on May 31st yet they still picked up our trash in April. They never called or informed us in any way that our service was cancelled. I told her I wanted our trash to be picked up today...she said "Well your payment just went through today and we can't pick it up because they were already on your street." I ordered 1 week in advance on having my mothers day flowers delivered to my mom that is 3000 miles away from me and even 2 days before Mother's Day. Flowers were delivered on time, but when she called me and sent me pics, the flowers weren't what I ordered, were old, broken, etc. When I called the florist that put these togather, was informed that the flowers were only the 25.00 flowers not the $50.00 flowers I ordered. i called customer service at FFU and they were to deliver a fresh bouquet, which never arrived. Ignored defective product complaint Purchased from Walmart as a gift. Called the customer service number in package two times NO RESPONSE. One slide from the birthday boy age 7 and the pool at the end busted. Gift now has huge hole in it... patch kit provided is comical in this situation. I could try to return it to the place of purchase Walmart but I am do not know if they will accept it as it was removed from the box and used. I bought the sink from Home Depot and put it in. I smelled this acitic odor every time I opened the drawer od cabinet door that made me walk away from the sink. I thought it may be as bad vent pipe or stinky drain pipe. After replacing 2 vents and all the plumbing in haldf the house I finally concluded that it was the sound undercoating on the sink (MADE IN CHINA), that smelled so bad. So I called Elkay and they sent me another sink, put it in and the same thing happened. I stunk too. I called them again. I have spent thousands of dollars trying to fix this to ao avail. He has not followed up on the requests that I have sent and now the server is down so my website is unseen. Its a trial just to access the Online News. The news online was always accessable, before and after joining the web site. Now when you access the Online News, you only get the headlines, and nothing more.They say to Login, so you log in, and still can only access the Head Lines, and nothing else.You write a e-mail in the Contact Us, portion, and it never gets sent. I ordered some mini rose plants and the first time it was all dried up and did not thrive after planting. So, I emailed and they sent me another one. they said they do look dormant but will thrive if planted asap, etc. So, they said they would send me another. I have had nothing but trouble with Walgreens. I am stuck with using their mail service for the year but I may not survive the year. The latest and worst problem is that they sent me duplicate presciptions of two medications for 3 mo. each, sent about a month apart. On one pair of prescriptions, the dosage was different. My elderly father who speaks limited English went there to repair the muffler on his car. The muffler had a lifetime warranty that the shop refused to honor. The owner told him the car had been in an accident (not true) and he could not honor the warranty.
